The Aerpro looks nicer, install should be easier as there is no need to tap any wires outside the radio cavity as far as I can tell, I will definitely consider it once it's officially supported in LHD cars and the kinks are worked out. The OEM radio was unacceptable to me, I would not have bought the car at all if it was not possible to install a double-din radio with full functionality. Considering it's something that came out years ago they did well! Non-OEM look: It looks really good considering it's a tiny outfit with low production.
I wish the touchscreen was bigger and with a better button layout, it's sometimes difficult to do the desired changes without staring at it for way too long. 
No technical issues with the climate touchscreen, I think most software issues were sorted before I got mine. Brittle faceplate: once it's in place I don't touch it! No issues here, I'm careful when pulling it. Price of the unit: many other kits for modern cars have similar pricing, check the kits for new Wranglers or F150s.
